To develop comprehensive annual corporate financial budgets across multiple business units and departments, with a focus on performance monitoring and alignment with strategic goals.



02. Project Goals :
The primary objective was to build accurate, strategic financial budgets at various organizational levels and establish a performance framework through KPI integration. The project focused on:
- Creating detailed annual budgets at the SBU, Brand, and Regional/Country levels
- Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for major departments: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Information Technology and Finance
- Enabling monthly monitoring to track performance against financial targets
03. Project Scope & Execution :
- Sales Budgeting (Developed detailed sales budgets for each SBU, brand, and country. Budgets were broken down into daily and monthly targets to enable granular performance tracking.)
- HR Budgeting (Built an annual HR budget aligned with sales forecasts, covering headcount planning, compensation structures, and resource allocation.)
- Supply Chain Budgeting (Prepared a supply chain budget that captured demand forecasting, procurement planning, and cost optimization strategies.)
- IT Budgeting (Outlined infrastructure, software, and service support costs based on business growth projections and operational requirements.)
- Final Financial Budget Consolidation (Merged all departmental budgets into a unified, company-wide financial plan. This served as a foundation for strategic financial decisions and continuous performance evaluation.)
